Central Valley Chapter
Recognition of Women in law enforcement
March 2017

The NLPOA Central Valley Chapter hosted it’s first recognition of Women in law enforcement recognition dinner at the El Tarasco Restaurant in Visalia, California. The event was a big success and provided the public the opportunity to honor these women during Women’s Month.

The California Highway Patrol, Tulare County Sheriffs Office, Tulare County District Attorneys Office and the Visalia Police Department were represented and provided us a very talented group of women officers within their agencies.

The honorees are California Highway Patrol, Officer Claudia Montemayor, Tulare County District Attorney’s Office Investigator Martha Rodriguez, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office Ixchel Franks, and Visalia Police Department Detective Celestina Sanchez.
